Terms of Trade

Interpretation
a) In these conditions, 'the goods' means the products supplied by Ingarsby Conservation Ltd to the Purchaser, whether by means of sale, hire, rental or otherwise and whether the property of Ingarsby Conservation Ltd or distributed by Ingarsby Conservation Ltd as agents for another.

General
a) Ingarsby Conservation Ltd reserves the right to accept or refuse any order given on the basis of its quotations. In the event of the refusal of any order no damages or expenses of any kind shall be payable by Ingarsby Conservation Ltd

b) Any complaint about the goods shall be only entertained by Ingarsby Conservation Ltd if notified in writing within three days of delivery of goods.

c) The decision of Ingarsby Conservation Ltd about any alleged defect shall be final and conclusive.

Prices
a) Displayed prices are subject to alteration without notice by Ingarsby Conservation Ltd .
b) The price charged shall be that ruling at the date of order irrespective as to when the goods arrive at the purchasers premises.
c) All prices exclude VAT and Delivery.

Payment
a) The goods shall remain the property of Ingarsby Conservation Ltd until paid for by the Purchaser and any cheques cleared, but they shall be at the risk of the Purchaser from the date of delivery.
b) If payment is delayed beyond the agreed terms, Ingarsby Conservation Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at rate of 3% above Barclays Bannk base rate.
d) All major credit cards are accepted.

Delivery
a) Ingarsby Conservation Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for the way in which goods are used or stored or for any consequential loss of any description incurred by the Purchaser or for any damaged caused directly or indirectly by the goods.
b) Ingarsby Conservation Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any delay in delivery owing to matters outside of its control.
