Terms of Business

All our prices are shown excluding VAT.

If goods are not being collected, an addition is made for carriage and this will be shown on check-out. The calculation is based upon weight and for bulk items such as mortar and plaster, also on distance. A secure payment system ‘Worldpay’, is adopted, which is operated by The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Our standard delivery is five working days from the placing of the order.

Once you have made your first order, your details (apart from your credit card number) will be retained on our system, avoiding the need for you to re-enter them each time.
